Refund policy

We stand behind our studio furniture. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your studio desk purchase, we'll take it back. Just contact us to start your return process. Here are the details and requirements:

1. We must be notified within 3 days of delivery that you would like to make a return.

2. The product must be in brand new condition. It must be packed in its original packaging.

3. You will be responsible for return freight shipping charges. Please note: Shipping rates for returns may be more than what you initially paid.

Returns will not be accepted unless they meet all of the above requirements. Custom orders are not eligible for return. Bulk orders of 2 or more desks are not eligible for return.

Once your return has been approved, we will send you instructions and shipping labels. After the product has been received by our warehouse and inspected to verify it is in brand new condition, we will then issue a refund to your original form of payment. The amount refunded will exclude original shipping fee and a 3% or 6% transaction fee may apply depending on form of payment. Refunds may take up to 7 business days to show up on your statement depending on your bank.

Cancellations & Refunds

All cancellations/refunds are subject to a non-refundable 3% or 6% transaction fee depending on form of payment. A 10% restocking fee will be applied for cancellation requests 1 week after the purchase date. We don’t accept cancellations on custom orders.
