Shipping & Delivery
Shipping & Delivery takes up to 4-6 days within Southern California and 1-2 weeks outside of California as all of our products are made to order. Once your order is placed we will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order details, shipping address, and dimensions of your keyboard/monitor/or any special equipment. Once a delivery date is scheduled, please be sure that someone is available to receive and sign for your merchandise. Self pick up is also available, if you would like to pick up your merchandise please be sure to mention it when you receive our phone call.
All of our products come with a 2-year warranty. This includes all manufacture defects but does not cover any damage resulting from misuse such as negligence, unauthorized repair, accidential wear and tear, etc. Please make all arrangements and inquiries to our offices and we will be happy to help you.
Full refunds will be granted within 3 business days from the date the product is received.
